TELETIES Clips are handmade which may cause a small difference in the arrangement of patterns. Each is its own unique piece of art. This should not be considered a design flaw and should be accepted as the way the product was intended to be created.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your online purchase please visit the Online Return Portal. returns.ishshop.com Enter the order number and email address associated with the order and follow the steps required.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return. A $8.95 Return Fee for the cost of your prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and pack your item(s) carefully. Try your best to use the original packaging they were shipped in.
We will happily issue a refund or exchange if the item(s) follow our guidelines listed below.
