Any items included in a promotion or sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Those items are final sale.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return. A $8.95 Return Fee for the cost of your prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and pack your item(s) carefully. Try your best to use the original packaging they were shipped in.
