RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase please visit our Online Return Portal linked below and enter the order number along with your email address associated with the order. Once your order is located, select the items you wish to return and select the reason for return. Once the return is approved, you'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label along with directions on how to complete the return. Be sure to include the original invoice or the order number inside the package so we can fulfill the return. Package the item(s) carefully and in the original box/bag they were shipped in. We will happily issue a refund or exchange if the item(s) follow our guidelines listed below. A fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
*NOTE- In-store purchases cannot be made using the online return portal and will be denied return request. In-store purchases are subject to a different return policy and must be made in-store within 14 days for exchange or store credit.

RETURN GUIDELINES
Return Policy: You have 14 Days from the day of arrival to return any items allowed for refund. Any item(s) requested outside of the 14 day time frame may not be returned or exchanged.
Return Protocol: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and all tags must be attached. Items are to be scent free and cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Footwear must be returned in its box with all original/attached packaging.
Final Sale Items: Include the following and may not be returned: Any items marked as SALE are FINAL (this includes merchandise during sales & promotions). All jewelry is final sale – Broken jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. For name-brand jewelry concerns please contact the brand directly. Scissors must be used when removing tags. Other items that are deemed final: books, hats & hair accessories, beauty products, gift cards and special or custom orders are FINAL SALE. Again any items marked as SALE are FINAL.
Damaged in transit? Please send us images of the damaged merchandise, along with the packaging (box/bag) to hello@ishshop.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Hi, I’m Christina, and welcome to ISH Boutique!
Almost 12 years ago, in May 2011, I opened ISH in my hometown of Ocean City, MD. Nestled in one of my favorite neighborhoods, the boutique quickly became a space for discovering treasures and connecting with our wonderful community. After graduating from the New York School of Interior Design and living the NYC hustle, I returned home to recharge—and shortly after, the dream of ISH became a reality.
My journey hasn’t always been easy. After facing three miscarriages, I was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer at 34 and later found out I was BRCA2+. I underwent a double mastectomy and am now a proud cancer survivor. Six weeks later, I conceived my miracle daughter, Lenni—proof that happy endings do exist. I share my story because knowledge is power and to remind others they are not alone.
A few fun facts: I love black clothing, gold jewelry, food (though I leave cooking to my husband), taking cocktail photos, and all things beauty—makeup, skincare, and sun care. My passion for design, décor, and shopping naturally turned into a career.
Today, ISH is more than a boutique—it’s a community. I’m grateful for the friendships, lessons, and team who feel like family, and for every customer who discovers a little piece of ISH for themselves.
Hi, I’m Nicole, Media & Marketing Manager at ISH. I’ve been immersed in the boutique world since 2015 and am a proud mama to a little girl. Over the years, I’ve grown with ISH, taking on a variety of roles, and now oversee many aspects of the business—from curating collections and marketing to customer experience and store operations. As an OC local and former Division One golfer, I still love to hit the course whenever I can. I’m passionate about crafting thoughtful, elevated experiences for every guest and bringing a little bit of coastal-inspired style to your everyday life. Can’t wait to welcome you in!
